Trained in Organization and Relationship Systems Coaching, Co-Active Coaching, and Applied Agility in Leadership, I specialize in transforming ambiguity into actionable steps and uncertainty into a clear path forward.
My philosophy is rooted in the belief that you are the expert in your own life. I don’t provide "advice". Instead, I listen with deep curiosity and ask powerful questions that challenge your current perspectives and limiting beliefs. I am not afraid to call out "bullshit" when I see it, holding a mirror to your habits to catalyze the growth you’re seeking.
My coaching is backed by a life lived across borders and industries. Born and raised in Germany, I began my career as a telecommunications technician working and wiring all communication equipment at the Munich airport before serving as a paramedic and volunteering with the Red Cross.
I bring the perspective of a husband and a father to two unique boys. My youngest son has Down Syndrome, an experience that has profoundly shaped my understanding of inclusion and equity. I advocate for the reality that disability and aging affect us all eventually, often sooner than we imagine. In recent years, navigating the loss of dear friends has also added a deep understanding of grief and resilience to my repertoire.
Beyond the titles, I am a cancer survivor, an open-water swimmer, a sailor, and a public speaker. These experiences allow me to approach every session with radical empathy and a commitment to finding strength amidst complexity.
With over 25 years in Information Technology, I speak the language of high-stakes business. My career spans global giants and research institutions, including: in Europe working for Siemens, The Fraunhofer Institute, and Ergo and in the USA working for Microsoft, AT&T, Capital One, Costco, and Clearwire.
Though I’ve written microcontroller, C and Java code, I spent the bulk of my career in Quality Assurance, Test Automation, and DevOps. Today, as an Enterprise Agile Coach, I focus on organizational effectiveness and leadership, assisting leaders gain clarity and building adaptable, high-performing teams that actually deliver.
